Impressum
This Impressum names the company behind carthacker.com. German law requires one on every commercial website offered to readers in Germany: section 5 of the German Digital Services Act (Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz, DDG) sets out the provider details, and section 18 of the Interstate Media Treaty (Medienstaatsvertrag, MStV) adds a named person responsible for editorial content. It covers carthacker.com and every email we send from mail.carthacker.com and news.carthacker.com.
